How 2create ';all in one'; myspace comment w/ text & pics in photoshop cs3?

Tried creating comment in WORD, too much hassle converting to PDF then over to photoshop to convert AGAIN to jpeg. PLZZZZZZ someone tell me there's an easier way or at least point me in the right direction. How 2create ';all in one'; myspace comment w/ text %26amp; pics in photoshop cs3?
Why not use a website to generate these myspace comments, with text and pics, like http://www.star-glitters.com





Just go here: http://star-glitters.com/picture_glitter/customize_photo_1 , upload your pic, and start editing your text ( drag and drop it, customize the color, the size, etc. At the end, you can even add one of the already made glitter styles, or just leave it with simple text).
