I've used GIMP. It is free and does most of what PS does. It seems to work like PS as well. Just type GIMP into a search engine and download it free.
A very good Photo-Editing program available is Adobe PhotoShop CS4, but only a 30-day trial for PhotoShop is available for free. To try it out go to:
