Whats a good EASY photoshop type of progame that you can download and is free?

im just trying to find one, i am using GIMP but i dont like it.. its good for drawing, but thats about all. I know theres one that starts with P... i forget the name -.- but yeaa... any help would be nice, and if u know a free 'photoshop' progame, can you give me the name?
