In Photoshop CS, how do you lock multiple layers together so that you can ctrl + copy them all at once?

I think it's the little sign that looks like a chain, but I can't find that anywhere. If that's it, where can I find it? If that's not it, what do I do, and how do I get there?

Hmmm... I've never actually used the chain, but you may try using the folder button next to your layers, and putting all of the layers you would like to copy into a folder.
