Is there a program other than photoshop that will do selective color edititng?

looking for something that's not quite as large as adobeIs there a program other than photoshop that will do selective color edititng?
You could use other programs, but honestly... Photoshop works the best.Is there a program other than photoshop that will do selective color edititng?
Not sure how in depth you want to get w/ editing, but Google has a free download called ';Picasa'; that does some decent stuff.
paint
I use Corel 8 and I love it
Paint Shop Pro is your best bet. There is another Adobe program that is designed for people that don't want to deal with photoshop. I think it was Adobe Photoshop Elements
What do you mean that's not as large as Adobe? Once installed Photoshop CS2 is only 218mb. Or are you talking about the extensiveness of the software not the actual size it takes up on a computer?
