I recently bought Photoshop Elements 7 at a Walmart but it didnt work on my pc can i still get a refund?

Everything purchased at a Walmart can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 90 days of purchase with some exceptions.





Exceptions to 90 Day Return Policy:


These items must be unopened: Prerecorded music, movies, and software products.








It looks like your software is non-refundable. The system requirements that computers have to have to run the software are printed on the outside of every software box. It's good to get into the habit of reading the requirements before buying the software.





If your computer meets the requirements but the software still didn't run: first, uninstall and reinstall the software. Then contact Elements Support for some help.
