I need some input. I am not a professional, I just like photography and want a program with options and capabilities. Also I want to mess around with some experimental photographyWhich is better,Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo x2 Ultimate or Adobe Photoshop Elements?
There are advantages in both. I have both but seldom use PSP. Elements I find is better overall and there are many plugins, many free some for a fee, that expand on the capability of Elements making a powerful little program even more powerful.
